7ow do I register to vote?

  • If you are not registered, please visit the state website  before October 27, 2023 to vote in the Municipal General Election. You may also register in person at the Utah County Clerk's Office, which is located at: 100 E Center Street, Room 3100, Provo, UT 84606.
  • We recommend that you register EARLY to receive your ballot in the mail. If you do not receive your mailed ballot you can vote provisionally on Election Day. Vineyard will not have a Ballot Pickup/Vote Center. Please check the county website for locations. 

What if I have moved?
To update your voter registration:

  • Log on to vote.utah.gov or
  • Register in person at the Utah County Clerk's Office Monday through Friday at 100 E Center Street, Room 3100, Provo, UT.
  • Call the Utah County Clerk's Office at 801.851.8128 to change your address on your voter registration.
  • Please be aware that in order to vote in Vineyard, you must establish residency in Utah at least 30 days before Election Day and live in Vineyard at the time of the election. 

Deadlines to establish residency:

  • Primary Election: no primary election will be held this year.
  • General Election: October 8, 2023
What if I am temporarily living out of state?
This would be for those who move away for the winter, are in the military, living overseas, or are missionaries:

When registering to vote at vote.utah.gov make sure you put the temporary address as the mailing address.  

For those who might be transferred during the election period, make sure you update your mailing address.

Missionaries: we recommend that you use your mission home address as the mailing address.
