All submittal documents should be pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted.
Site Plan should include existing structures and any new proposed additions such as stairwells, sidewalks, etc. It should include measurements from the proposed structures to all adjacent property lines.
Site plan should also include measurements of all parking available on site.
Construction plans should include floor plans and layout of proposed ADU.
Parking Plan must show at least four parking spaces onsite and two specifically designated to the ADU.
